I have designed this website to host my recent achievements, the education I have pursued, the certificates I have attained, the places I have worked, and the volunteer work I am continuing to build.
There are a few tabs located on my website to help you navigate. The next tab on my website is my job history and education The education tab lists the post secondary education that I have received after graduating from Thomas A. Stewart Secondary School. The achievements tab will take you to a page where I have 3 letters of achievement from Fleming College and 2 certificates showing my acceptance and publication of 2 images for Professional Photographers of Canada. Below those I have put in the images that were published. The next tab contains certificates that I am currently certified for and the last shows my volunteer work.
Prior to my studies at Fleming College, I attended Humber College where I pursued my hobby of photography, graduating with a 2 year Diploma. For a while I ran my own photography business and built a studio in my home. Eventually I realized that photography was no longer my passion. As much as I enjoy the fine art, and creative side of photography, I knew I needed a career change.
Shortly after I discontinued my career with photography, I found myself going back to school for Business. Fleming College is where I found a love for Human Resources and I am currently finishing my 3 year advanced diploma in HR Management. After years of schooling, I have finally found my passion in Human Resources, specifically the Health and Safety side of it. I am excited to continue my pursuit of education in HR and will continue to build my knowledge and experience.
Throughout this website I have added some of my favourite images. The majority of images at the bottom of this page come from a series that I entered into the Peterborough Spark Photo Festival a few years ago. I have a very strong love for black and white images, especially in portraits. One day I will come back to photography, but for now, I am busy pursuing my career in Human Resources.
